Her attention to detail for the type of home I was searching for made the process stress free. Gloria is organized, on time, and answered any questions I had thoroughly. I admired that she took the time to make a binder of all of the listings I wanted to view to keep track of the houses I visited along with other resourceful information. As we looked at each house she asked me to rate the houses, she wrote down the pros and cons I had for each house to get a better idea of what I truly wanted for my first house. This wasn’t just a business transaction for her, she cares about her clients to make sure we find the perfect match! From the time I was pre-approved in the beginning of March we looked at about 45 homes! We put our offer on one home that I did not get because they waved inspection, by the third week of March I went to an open house before we went to go tour 8 other homes that day and found my dream home. I admire Gloria’s work ethic as she drafted up my offer right away for me, reached out to the sellers agent to get all of the information I needed. By the forth week of March, I was pending!
